All users of this site agree that access to and uses of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Currency
All funds are taken in CND.
Refunds
Refunds are not available under most circumstances (like most theatre companies). Individual situations may be reviewed on a case by case basis. The decision of Ovations Dinner Theatre Ltd. or the individual promoter is final.
Exchanges
Exchange of tickets within a specific show run are permitted subject to availability of seating and providing advance notice (48 hrs.) is available to confirm with caterers. The cost to exchange tickets is $4.00/ ticket payable at the time of ticket exchange. Ovations Dinner Theatre Ltd. does not and cannot guarantee same or similar seating location on the exchange date. Tickets for one show cannot be exchanged for another show in the season except under rare circumstances. These may be reviewed on a case by case basis. The decision of Ovations Dinner Theatre Ltd. is final. Tickets purchased within the season cannot be exchanged for shows outside the season provided by individual promoters.
Reserving Tables and Seats
We reserve the rights to sell all seats to all events. Other patrons may be joining you at your table.
Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks and trade names of Ovations Dinner Theatre Ltd. used in this site are trademarks or registered trademarks of Ovations Dinner Theatre.
Copyright
The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the Canada and other copyright laws, and is the property of Ovations Dinner Theatre Ltd. The collective works that are licensed to Ovations Dinner Theatre Ltd. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Typographical Errors
In the event that Ovations Dinner Theatre Ltd. product are mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Ovations Dinner Theatre Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Ovations Dinner Theatre Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled Ovations Dinner Theatre Ltd. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Terms; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon you accessing the site and/or completing the registrations or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Ovations Dinner Theatre Ltd. without notice or at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademarks, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Harassment in any manner or form on this site, include via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden, impersonation of others, including Ovations Dinner Theatre Ltd. other licensed employee, host or representative, as well as any other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute or otherwise publish through the site or content which I libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
